Paul is a dual-qualified lawyer, having been called to the bar in England and Wales as well as Singapore. He has experience across a broad range of civil and commercial matters, with a particular focus on construction disputes. He has acted in arbitrations, adjudications, and proceedings before the State Courts, High Court, Appellate Division, and Court of Appeal of Singapore.

 

At Forward Legal, Paul works on both contentious and non-contentious matters in the areas of internet and media law, commercial and contract law, shareholder disputes, and regulatory issues. His background in public relations and media strengthens his client communication, strategic thinking, and ability to handle complex issues under pressure.

 

Paul is a firm believer of pro bono work. He assisted clients in environmental law and immigration law matters during his legal training.
